HEAT PRESS

Heat press is a vinyl product that is cut out of large sheets of material using a cutter/plotter.  The excess material is then "weeded" away, leaving the design ready to be pressed onto the garment.  We can layer different colours of vinyl for a multi-colour design.

We also have a printed heat press for multi-colour designs that are too detailed for regular vinyl presses.  Printed heat press does have the shortest lifespan of the imprinting available from Back 40 Embroidery.

Both the vinyl and printed heat press are an economical choice over embroidery.  Heat press is great for t-shirts, sportswear, hoodies and aprons.
